Kitamaat Village
Kitimaat Village, formerly Kitimat Mission,〔(BC Names entry "Kitamaat Village (community) )"〕〔(BC Names entry "Kitimat Mission (community, rescinded)" )〕 is the principal community of the Haisla people and their government, the Haisla First Nation. Located on the Kitimaat 2 Indian Reserve (formerly Kitimat 2) on the east side of Kitimat Arm just south of the town of Kitimat, British Columbia.
